The Conveyance deed in favour of Allottee shall only be carried out after receiving the full and final payment, then only Possession Letter shall be issued by the Promoter.

The Purchaser(s) shall at all times be required to pay installments and other charges / deposits as specified in this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and shall not raise any protest or have any objection to the construction being completed or the Offer of Possession Letter being issued prior to the Completion Date.
