Position Duration definition

Position Duration. A Position in respect of a Bullion Contract has no inherent limit to its duration and, subject to the payment of Margin and other relevant sums, can continue indefinitely. Any Position opened by you may be closed by us at the prevailing rate if there is an Event of Default.
