POS Data definition

POS Data means data to be submitted to the Landlord by the Tenant for the purpose of calculating and reviewing the level of the Turnover and performing business analyses that are specified, in technological terms, in Annex 9 of the Contract.
POS Data means weekly item-level sales data from all transactions and inventories in the United States and, if applicable, Canada, for all retail sales channels/outlets selling to the consumer and all commercial sales channels/outlets selling to business and commercial accounts, including all such transactions and inventories of Retailer’s divisions and affiliates whether now or hereafter existing. The foregoing data includes, without limitation, all transactions in physical (“brick and mortar”) locations (including, without limitation, retail stores, factory, repair or other outlets, employee stores, kiosks, leased departments and seasonal and “pop-up” stores) and all transactions via e-commerce (including, without limitation, purchases made with mobile devices and at kiosks) or via catalog transactions. The POS Data shall distinguish between transactions in a physical location (each in a store-by-store format), transactions via e-commerce, and third party and catalog transactions. All POS Data shall be provided in electronic form conforming to the data requirements provided by NPD to Retailer.
POS Data or “POS report” means the Point of Sale report provided to Alaris by a VAD, and the data contained therein

Examples of POS Data in a sentence

  • POS Data information may be made available upon request in the event Retailer and Supplier are collectively researching an issue.

  • The resulting POS Data will become the basis for the quantity sold and the cost of the item.

  • In either case, Retailer shall work in good faith to ensure all POS Data is delivered as soon as delays are cleared.

  • The POS Data will include unit sales (in consumer units), unit cost, UPC, Retailer, store, and day information.

  • POS Data Reporting Delays: Supplier acknowledges that interruptions to normal processing schedules may occur, and may include but are not limited to, technical, business, and third-party interruptions, that may result in a delay of POS Data Reporting.

  • POS Data Reporting: Retailer and Supplier agree that POS Data for a store will only be transmitted to Supplier once all POS Data has been collected for that particular store for a particular day.

  • Office Depot shall indicate on each such report the time zone applicable to the POS Data.

  • Retailer represents and warrants that it has the right to enter into this Agreement and to provide the POS Data in accordance with its terms.

  • The parties acknowledge that Office Depot retains the obligation to pay for these Delivered Services even if they do not appear in the POS Data.

  • NPD will provide Retailer, at no cost, with non-customized, generally available Reports via online access and software tools (“Tools”), with data reported for the total market at the national level, for the specific product categories of POS Data which are received from Retailer in a timely fashion in accordance with Paragraph 1 above.

Related to POS Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Pseudonymous data means information that cannot be attributed to a specific individual without the use of additional information provided that it is kept separately and subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that it is not attributed to the individual.

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
