For purposes of this Agreement, the Marina Property (Exhibit A) consists of both the Marina Area and Landside Area: A Marina Area: The Marina Area is that area generally located between mean high water mark and extending to the northerly edge of the breakwater and divided into the east and west basins, as shown on Exhibit A.
