Pool Insurance definition

Pool Insurance. An insurance policy insuring against certain credit risk losses on certain Mortgage Loans up to a certain amount.
Pool Insurance. The policy or policies of insurance insuring the Authority's exposure for loss with respect to defaults in Mortgage Loans purchased by the Authority pursuant to this Agreement.
Pool Insurance shall have the meaning as defined in the Resolution.
