PM Audit definition

PM Audit means and refer to Tenant’s inspection of the PM Books and Records.

Examples of PM Audit in a sentence

  • Tenant shall exercise the foregoing right by delivering its PM Audit Notice to Landlord no less than thirty (30) days before the date upon which Tenant desires to perform its PM Audit.

  • Any such PM Audit shall be performed during Landlord’s normal business hours at a time and location within the Building reasonably designated by Landlord.

  • Landlord shall respond to Tenant’s PM Audit Notice within five (5) business days after Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s PM Audit Notice with the date, time and location of Tenant’s PM Audit.

  • During the Term, Tenant shall have the right, once per rolling six (6) month period, to perform a PM Audit.

  • The PM Audit Notice must detail the equipment for which Tenant wishes to inspect the PM Books and Records.

  • If Tenant’s PM Audit reveals that Landlord is delinquent in complying with the PM Schedule, Tenant shall deliver written notice to Landlord of such delinquency, and Landlord shall cure such delinquency within the time allowed pursuant to Section 16.1.1 of this Lease.

  • At the request and expense of HAS, a PM Audit may be performed on an unscheduled basis by an independent and qualified third party.

  • The areas to be covered by the PM Audit may include, but not be limited to, the following:  General maintained condition of elevators, escalators, and moving sidewalk systems.

  • During the Term, Tenant shall have the right once per Lease Year to perform a PM Audit.

  • Landlord shall respond to Tenant’s PM Audit Notice within five (5) business days after Xxxxxxxx’s receipt of Tenant’s PM Audit Notice with the date, time and location of Tenant’s PM Audit.

Related to PM Audit

  • Independent Auditor has the meaning specified in subsection 7.01(a).

  • Initial Audit is Bank’s inspection of Borrower’s Accounts, the Collateral, and Borrower’s Books, with results satisfactory to Bank in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Audit means the examination of a person or the inspection of the books, records, memoranda, or accounts of a person, ordered to appear before the Tax Administrator, for the purpose of determining liability for a municipal income tax.

  • Neutral Auditor means Ernst & Young or, if Ernst & Young is unable to serve, an impartial nationally recognized firm of independent certified public accountants other than Seller’s accountants or Purchaser’s accountants, mutually agreed to by Purchaser and Seller.

  • Energy audit means a systematic procedure with the purpose of obtaining adequate knowledge of the existing energy consumption profile of a building or group of buildings, an industrial or commercial operation or installation or a private or public service, identifying and quantifying cost-effective energy savings opportunities, and reporting the findings;

  • non-audit services means services other than audit services;

  • Company’s Auditors means an independent firm of accountants duly appointed as auditors of the Company;

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • Independent Engineer means XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx or any other third party engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Environmental Audit means, with respect to each Property, a Phase One environmental site assessment (the scope and performance of which meets or exceeds the then most current ASTM Standard Practice E1527 for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase One Environmental Site Assessment Process) of such Property.

  • Appraisal review means the act or process of developing

  • Compliance Audit means the procedure (in a form advised by the GLA from time to time) by which an auditor independent of the Grant Recipient certifies (at the Grant Recipient's cost) whether the Named Projects developed or Rehabilitated pursuant to this Agreement satisfy the GLA's procedural compliance requirements (as described in the Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide);

  • conformity assessment body means a body that performs conformity assessment activities including calibration, testing, certification and inspection;

  • Company Auditor means Xxxxx Xxxxx US, LLP (FKA: Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, LLP), with offices located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000.

  • Periodic Review means a review conducted by Ofwat for the purpose of determining one or more Price Controls in accordance with Part III of Condition B, but so that references in Part IV of Condition B to a Periodic Review shall exclude any review carried out under paragraph 11 of that Condition and shall include the determination by the Competition and Markets Authority of the relevant questions or, as the case may be, the disputed determination referred to it under paragraph 16 of Condition B;

  • Audits means the audits and reviews carried out by the Bank or the Bank’s auditors, experts and insurers, as the case may be in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Section 18.

  • County Auditor means the Greenville County Auditor, or the person holding any successor office of the County.

  • cost accountant means a cost accountant as defined in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959) and who has obtained a certificate of practice under sub-section (1) of section 6 of that Act;

  • Appraisal report A report setting forth the fair market value of a Mortgaged Property as determined by an appraiser who, at the time the appraisal was conducted, met the minimum qualifications of FNMA and FHLMC for appraisers of conventional residential mortgage loans.

  • qualified auditor means a person who is qualified to be appointed as an auditor under section 198;

  • Independent Accounting Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(c).

  • Performance audit means an objective and systematic assessment of a state agency or agencies or any of their programs, functions, or activities by the state auditor or designee in order to help improve agency efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. Performance audits include economy and efficiency audits and program audits.
