Pledgees definition

Pledgees means the Original Pledgees and the Future Pledgees, and “Pledgee” means any of them.
Pledgees herein shall mean, collectively, the Agent and the Secured Parties.
Pledgees means the Pledgees as defined in the Share Pledge Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Secured Parties as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement).
