Playing Fee definition

Playing Fee means the fee determined by the Committee from time to time to be paid for the right to play basketball in a competition controlled by the Association.
Playing Fee means the amounts so described, which are payable under this Agreement in accordance with Schedule 1. Representative Matches means any rugby league match played between teams selected to represent a particular nationality, geographic area or some other group. Registration Form means the online form completed by the Player in the form that is prescribed by the NSWRL. Rights means the rights granted by the Player to the Club under clause 6(a).
Playing Fee means the amount fixed from time to time by the Committee under article 3.1(b);

Examples of Playing Fee in a sentence

  • Subject to clause 15(b), in the event that the Player is suspended from playing the Game for the Club by the Club, the NSWRL, the NSWRL Judiciary, the NSWRL Appeals Committee, the Anti-Doping Tribunal or any other person or body with competent jurisdiction in relation to the NSWRL Competitions or the Game, the Club shall be entitled to deduct from the Playing Fee an amount equal to one-thirtieth (1/30th) of the applicable Playing Fee for each Match which the Player is suspended.

  • In the event of the death of the Player, the Club shall pay to the Player’s estate a proportion of the Playing Fee for the relevant NSWRL Season that the Player would otherwise have received had the Player not died.

  • If the Player has: Commenced training with the Club; and In that NSWRL Season played in at least one (1) Match; The Club shall pay the Player the Playing Fee he would otherwise have received for that NSWRL Season in which the termination occurs together with twenty-five (25) percent of the Playing Fee for a maximum of two (2) subsequent NSWRL Seasons or the number of subsequent NSWRL Seasons included which are covered by the Term, whichever number is the lesser.

  • The amount payable by the Club to the Player’s estate shall be equal to the proportion of the Playing Fee payable for the period starting on the date on which the Player commenced training with the Club, and ending on the date of the Player’s death; provided that if the Player participated in any Match for the Club in a NSWRL Season covered by this Agreement the Club shall pay to the Player’s estate the whole of the Playing Fee for the NSWRL Season in which the Player died.

  • Subject to this Agreement the Club, will pay to the Player the Playing Fee calculated in accordance with Schedule 1 and this Agreement.

  • If the Player has failed to recover from an illness or from an injury sustained other than in the course of playing or training for the Game, the Club shall pay to the Player twenty-five (25) percent of the Playing Fee which the Player would otherwise have received for that NSWRL Season in which the termination occurs together with twenty-five (25) percent of the Playing Fee for the next NSWRL Season if the Term of the Agreement includes at least one (1) more NSWRL Season.

  • If the Club exercises a right of termination under clause 8(c), and the Player is not otherwise in breach of this Agreement, the Club shall on termination of the Agreement pay to the Player: The whole of the Playing Fee for the year in which the termination occurs; and Where the Term includes one or more subsequent NSWRL Seasons, Twenty-five (25) percent of the Playing Fee payable by the Club under this Agreement for each Subsequent Season up to a maximum of two (2) NSWRL Seasons.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Club will pay to the Player the Playing Fee calculated by reference to Schedule One to this Agreement (less deduction of all taxes and levies), and such fee shall be paid at such time as may be agreed between the Club and the Player and, if not agreed, shall be payable proportionately in advance at the commencement of each Season encompassed by the Employment Term.

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Tipping Fee means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;

  • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.

  • Structuring Fee has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Handling Fee means the fee payable per Ticket transaction or order, charged in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket, for the processing and delivery of Tickets in that transaction or order (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon);

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).

  • Entrance fee means money paid in a lump sum or installments or property transferred pursuant to a continuing care agreement before initiation of continuing care for 1 or more individuals and that confers the right to the continuing care.

  • Index Fee means 1.0% per annum. The Index Fee is charged each calendar day, beginning as of the Index Start Date. It is calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the most recently calculated Index Closing Value.

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • referral fee means any form of compensation, direct or indirect, paid for the referral of a client to or from a registrant.

  • Distribution Rate means, for the Distribution Period beginning on (and including) the date of original issuance and ending on (but excluding) the Distribution Payment Date in June 2004, the rate per annum of 3.90%, and for each Distribution Period beginning on or after the Distribution Payment Date in June 2004, the Coupon Rate for such Distribution Period.

  • Enrolment Fee means the fee paid by the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) to cover all the administrative costs involved in enrolling a Student at the School. It is not refundable, and it is not offset against any other fees.

  • Series A Distribution Rate means an annual rate equal to (i) during the Series A Fixed Rate Period, 8.50% of the Series A Liquidation Preference and (ii) during the Series A Floating Rate Period, a percentage of the Series A Liquidation Preference equal to the sum of (a) the Series A Three-Month LIBOR, as calculated on each applicable Series A LIBOR Determination Date, and (b) 6.766%.

  • Incentive Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.

  • Joining Fee means the one-off fee charged by the trustee/sponsor of a scheme and payable by the employers and/or members upon joining the scheme.
