Planned Maintenance Programme definition

Planned Maintenance Programme means the programme for carrying out maintenance (including lifecycle replacement and maintenance) and repair works to the [Project Facility] during each Contract Year to be prepared and submitted to the Authority’s Representative pursuant to Clause 10.3(b) (Planned Maintenance).
Planned Maintenance Programme means the Contractor's annual programme for the maintenance of each Specified Asset to satisfy the Service Provision Requirements as included in Schedule 7 Part 2 (and as set out in Clause 28 (Planned Maintenance Programme)); 9This option is appropriate where the P2P system will not be used.

  • Not later than [  ] months before the Certification Date and before each subsequent anniversary of the Certification Date (each a “Planned Maintenance Programme Submission Date”), PPP Co. will submit to the Authority’s Representative a draft Planned Maintenance Programme for the next Contract Year for agreement in accordance with the Review Procedure set out in Schedule 5 (Review Procedure).
