For the avoidance of doubt, information relating to PJ6 and its business shall be considered confidential information of ▇▇.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section 6.2 shall obligate the Sellers or DSSC to afford the Acquiror or its Representatives access to, or otherwise furnish to the Acquiror or its Representatives, any information relating to PJ6 or its business.
Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.
