Pictorial material definition

Pictorial material means any material suggesting or conveying a visual image, and includes, but is not limited to, a photograph, painting, or drawing.
Pictorial material means any material suggesting or conveying a visual image and includes, but is not limited to, a photograph, painting or drawing, videotape or video image or magazine, newspaper or similar printed material.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred or disposed of under a general or specific license issued by the Agency.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).
