Pickle Oil(s) definition

Pickle Oil(s) means all Oil Products manufactured, Developed, in Development, marketed, or sold to protect the surface of sheet steel during or after the steel has undergone the pickling process (i.e., the surface treatment process that usually uses an acidic solution to remove impurities, such as stains, inorganic contaminants, rust or scale from sheet steel).

  • Waste oil means used or spent oil or solvents or other volatile hydrocarbons, including but not limited to crankcase oil.

  • Asphalt means a dark brown to black cement-like material (solid, semisolid, or liquid in consistency) in which the predominating constituents are bitumens which occur in nature as such or which are obtained as residue in refining petroleum.

  • Solid film lubricant means a very thin coating consisting of a binder system containing as its chief pigment material one or more of molybdenum disulfide, graphite, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or other solids that act as a dry lubricant between faying surfaces.

  • Fossil fuel-fired means the combustion of fossil fuel or any derivative of fossil fuel, alone or in combination with any other fuel, independent of the percentage of fossil fuel consumed in any calendar year (expressed in mmBtu).

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
