PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOUND means (a) any small molecule compound, (b) any antisense compound, (c) any [**], that has a molecular weight of not more than [**], or (d) any other organic or synthetic molecule; but excluding any compound or molecule that consists of or incorporates as an active ingredient (i) a protein, whether naturally occurring or otherwise, [**], or (ii) an antibody or any fragment thereof.
