Peripheral Product definition

Peripheral Product means a Peripheral Licensed Product or a Sanofi Peripheral Product. *** Certain information in this agreement has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Peripheral Product means each of MTI's devices or technology other than Products, currently or hereafter developed or otherwise acquired by MTI, that has application principally in the peripheral vasculature. Such products include peripheral infusion products and thrombectomy devices.
Peripheral Product means a product composed of a solution of the Drug Substance and drug delivery catheter that is developed pursuant to Section 5.1 for sale in the Territory that is to be used to prevent or treat restenosis in humans through the delivery of the Drug Substance to a peripheral blood vessel.
