  • Upon completion of the last Performance Test, whether upon achievement of all the Performance Guarantees or otherwise in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.5.2, Contractor shall issue a Performance Test Completion Certificate setting forth the Minimum Performance Standards and Performance Guarantees achieved in the form of Exhibit 10.5.
