  • ADDITIONALLY, DURING THE PENDENCY OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION 11.3 DO NOT AFFECT THE COVENANTS OF SELLER INCLUDED IN THIS AGREEMENT NOR THE PERFORMANCE BY SELLER OF SUCH COVENANTS.
