PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE. Performance allowance is granted in addition to the fixed hourly payment, and performance allowance is independent of changes to the fixed wage share due to ordinary time allowances pursuant to this Collective Agreement.
PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE. In addition to any other entitlement pursuant to this Agreement, the Board shall pay to each Member covered by this Agreement a performance allowance which shall be in the amount set out below and which shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: a) The performance allowance shall form part of the base salary, and shall be taken into account when calculating overtime, acting pay, emergency and call-back duty pay, stand-by duty pay, sick pay (but excluding sick leave gratuities paid on retirement of a member hired before January 1, 1990) annual leave and float time and statutory holiday pay, court pay, pension contributions and special duty pay. For clarification, the allowance applies to all payments unless specifically excluded. b) The performance allowance shall be paid weekly as part of base salary, or, in the event the Service moves to bi-weekly pay periods in accordance with Article 2.2, bi-weekly. c) For the purposes of this article, years of service means years of service with the Niagara Regional Police Service, years of service in a military police capacity and years of service as a sworn officer in any other Police Service. d) If a member has been convicted of a disciplinary offence for which the confirmed penalty was the forfeiture of forty (40) hours or more of pay or leave, or forty (40) hours or more suspension without pay, imposed within the previous twelve (12) months, the member shall lose one (1) seniority grid step (3%) for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the sentence was imposed. e) The performance allowance shall be calculated based on the years of service and the percentages as follows: Effective July 1, 2004 8 years of service 3% of the 1st Class Constable rate 17 years of service 6% of the 1st Class Constable rate 23 years of service 9% of the 1st Class Constable rate f) The annual across-the-board increases set out in paragraph 1 above and in Appendix A shall be calculated on the base salary for each rank which, for this purpose, excludes the performance allowance.
PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE. If Total Brand Purchases in any fiscal year of ARAMARK, commencing with Fiscal 2014, reach a level set forth in the table below, the percentage used to determine the total Performance Allowance (the “Allowance Percentage”) will be adjusted in accordance with the following table:
PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE. This clause shall not apply to casual employees or apprentices. In addition to the wage rates contained in Schedule B, employees (excluding casuals or apprentices) may receive a Performance Allowance of $2.00 per hour, subject to the following conditions:- a) The Performance Allowance is payable for all hours actually physically worked by the employee whilst at work including ordinary time, shift work and overtime. b) The Performance Allowance is paid in addition to the employees’ basic periodic hourly rate of pay whilst an employee is physically at work and hence shall be paid during overtime and/or when an employee is being paid penalty rates. c) The Performance Allowance shall only be payable on the basic periodic hourly rate of pay and shall not be payable on top of any other allowances or penalties. The Performance Allowance shall not form part of an employee’s basic periodic hourly rate of pay when calculating overtime rates or penalty rates and shall only be payable at the appropriate rate as specified. d) The Performance Allowance is not payable when the employee does not attend work for any reason. e) The Performance Allowance is not payable when the employee takes any type of paid or unpaid leave whatsoever, including but not limited to leave such as rostered days off, annual leave, long service leave, personal/carer’s leave, compassionate leave, leave without pay or parental leave. f) An employee’s basic periodic hourly rate of pay when on leave does not include the Performance Allowance for any reason or for any calculation or penalty/loading addition. g) Payment of the Performance Allowance will also be conditional upon an employee fulfilling the requirements of this Agreement.
PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE a. For what the employer considers excellent performance of work. b. Only if the employee has reached the maximum salary in their salary scale. c. No more than 15% of the employee's current maximum salary. d. For the period of one year. e. For a longer period, if there are exceptional circumstances.
PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE. Procast understands the need to attract and retain quality employees as well as the need to reward its employees for their contribution to Procast’s goals. To facilitate this, the parties agree that Procast may apply a performance allowance for employees engaged under this Agreement and subject to the following: (a) The allowance may take into account and be based upon experience, skills, performance or behaviour in areas that may include efficiency, improvements, knowledge sharing, safety, quality, care for company equipment, environmental compliance or any other criteria as determined by Procast; (b) The allowance may be used to pay above the rates in this agreement to ensure that remuneration is market competitive; (c) Any allowance paid in accordance with this clause, will be in addition to any employment benefits provided for in this Agreement and may be paid as an hourly supplement to classification wages or as a weekly or one-off lump sum amount; (d) In the event that the individual allowance applies to only one classification or one employee it will not have a flow on to other areas of work or classifications or employees under this Agreement; (e) Procast has absolute discretion with regard to the implementation and/or content and/or payment of the allowance and may withdraw the allowance at any time.
PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE. All Employees required to carry out the duties of a “Cultural Demonstrator” will be paid an allowance for all ordinary hours worked in addition to the hourly rate of pay prescribed in clause 3.5.1 of this Agreement. The allowance shall be as follows: Effective from: 01 July 2006 $ 1.26 per hour increased annually by 3% from July 2007 in July of each year thereafter for the term of this agreement.

  • Performance Bonus The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus, payable within sixty (60) days after the end of the fiscal year of the Employer, in an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the Executive's Base Salary for the applicable year. The amount, if any, shall be determined by the Board, or the appropriate committee thereof, and shall generally be based on a combination of organization-wide and individual performance criteria.

  • Annual Performance Bonus During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the STIP, with such opportunities as may be determined by the Chief Executive Officer in his sole discretion (“Target Bonuses”), and as may be increased (but not decreased, except for across-the-board reductions generally applicable to the Company’s senior executives) from time to time, and the Executive shall be entitled to receive full payment of any award under the STIP, determined pursuant to the STIP (a “Bonus Award”).

  • Performance Bonuses The Executive will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus at an annualized rate of up to 40% of his base salary, based on the achievement of reasonable individual and Company performance targets to be established by the Company and Parent.

  • Performance Pay In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.

  • Annual Bonus Compensation Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus each Contract Year (“Annual Bonus”) as the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors shall determine. Executive’s Annual Bonus shall be determined in accordance with the Company’s executive compensation policies as in effect from time to time during the Term and shall be based, in part, on his achieving his individual performance goals for the year and, in part, on the Company’s achieving its performance goals for the year.
