Performance Acceptance Tests definition

Performance Acceptance Tests means the tests described in Exhibit LL.
Performance Acceptance Tests means the performance acceptance tests described in the Scope of Work.
Performance Acceptance Tests means the tests for establishing compliance with the Minimum Performance Levels for each of Phase 1 or Phase 2, as applicable, required for Substantial Completion, as more fully set out in Appendix D.

  • Prior to Substantial Completion, Contractor shall perform the Completion Tests and meet the requirements of the Commissioning Tests and the Performance Acceptance Tests as described in Appendix D.

More Definitions of Performance Acceptance Tests

Performance Acceptance Tests means, as the context may require, the Block Substantial Completion Tests, the Phase Substantial Completion Tests, and the PV Power Plant Substantial Completion Tests.
Performance Acceptance Tests aims to test and verify performance safety values in the technical agreement under this contract upon the technical agreement.

Related to Performance Acceptance Tests

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Performance Tests means all tests meant to ensure that the Plant(s)/Unit(s) is/are in all respects in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and that the Plant functions properly and smoothly, in all respects as per the approved design parameters, within the permissible tolerances, and satisfies all the stipulated operating parameters, and will include the Guarantee Tests.

  • Acceptance Test is a test of the Features executed by the Customer to prepare the acceptance.

  • Acceptance Tests means such tests as may be conducted in accordance with Section 9.1 and a Statement of Work to determine whether the Software meets the requirements of this Contract and the Documentation.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).
