PeopleDoc Launch and deployment strategy is designed to reduce overall project complexity and ensure our customers achieve the following common goals: • Realize a rapid return on investment • Provide a lower total cost of ownership • Enable employee and manager self-service and self-configuration • Command a high user adoption rate across PeopleDoc Application The Design, Build, and testing will be executed in a dedicated staging environment.
Customer will have direct access to a self-service portal (accessible through the following link: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇.▇▇▇/), allowing it to take note, in real time, of the history of the PeopleDoc Application availability rate.
In addition, PeopleDoc will inform Customer in writing, through the PeopleDoc CRM, of the availability of the new PeopleDoc Application versions and the launch deadline in the event of specific constraints (e.g. legal) and will provide Customer with the related Documentation for the new version.
If PeopleDoc plans a technical update of the PeopleDoc Application which involves an action from Customer, in order to keep using the PeopleDoc Application, PeopleDoc will notify Customer three (3) months in advance.
Should Customer note an incident while using the PeopleDoc Application, it shall report this incident by opening a ticket via the ticketing tool.
The “HR Transformation Services” provides working with our dedicated HR Transformation team 8 days per year, enabling Customer to: • enhance the use of PeopleDoc Application, • access to quantitative analysis of usage versus benchmarks along with one of the two following options: o Review of Customer usage of PeopleDoc, leveraging analytics and customer use cases or, o Review of one to two HR processes, with formalization of Customer target process.
