Pending Development Plan definition

Pending Development Plan means any subdivision or land development plan that has been submitted to Seller for approval pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code.
Pending Development Plan means any project for the development of real property which is the subject of a subdivision or land development plan that has been submitted to Municipality for approval, or for which Municipality already has granted approval but which has yet to be constructed, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code as of the Effective Date ( and as updated before the Closing Date).
