• If the Parties fail to reach an agreement on the choice of a mediator or fact finder, the PELRB shall be petitioned under the provisions of 273-A: 12.

• The Association shall use this board for posting of notices pertaining to recreational and social activities, Association elections, reports of the Association, or its committees, Association meeting notices, legislative enactments, decisions of the Public Employee Labor Relations Board (PELRB), and judicial decisions affec6ng public employee labor relations.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this article shall give the PELRB jurisdiction to hear any appeal of an arbitrator's award regarding appeals governed by RSA 542.
