Peak Hours Availability definition

Peak Hours Availability means, for the Peak Hours, Service Uptime divided by Scheduled Uptime less Excusable Downtime. For purposes of determining whether @Road satisfies the Standards for Performance, Peak Hours Availability will be measured based on a monthly average, to be calculated once monthly within ten business days following the end of each calendar month.
