Payment Facilities definition

Payment Facilities means the facilities that are connected to the Platform and that are used to price (dynamic pricing display device), (video) scan and pay (by card or online) for the Products by the Consumer in the Shop.

Examples of Payment Facilities in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision contained in these Terms and Conditions or in any other document, we reserve the right to reinstate such Payment Facilities which had been cancelled during the tenure of the Loan, without notice or liability to any party.

  • Any receipt issued by the Payment Facilities to the consumer shall be with and in the name and address (and such other information as required by law) of the Customer.

  • The Customer undertakes to ensure that the Payment Facilities are not knowingly used for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

  • Levart shall be under no obligation to provide access to the Payment Facilities if the Customer fails to obtain all necessary configuration information, permits and licences.

  • Levart’s service is limited to establishing access to the Payment Facilities and providing assistance to the Customer in their use.

  • When the Consumer purchases a Product in the Shop, the Consumer purchases the Product from the Customer and shall pay by means of the Payment Facilities the Customer through the Facilitated Payment.

  • When reporting a suspected software deficiency or operational error encountered in the operation of the Website or associated Payment Facilities, the Customer must provide Levart with a documented example of the defect or error and all available identifying information.

Related to Payment Facilities

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

  • Contingent Facilities means those unbuilt Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades upon which the Interconnection Request’s costs, timing, and study findings are dependent and, if delayed or not built, could cause a need for restudies of the Interconnection Request or a reassessment of the Interconnection Facilities and/or Network Upgrades and/or costs and timing.

  • Treatment facility means an institution (or distinct part thereof) for the treatment of alcoholism or drug abuse, which meets fully every one of the following tests:

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;
