Pathway Plan definition

Pathway Plan means the plan described in and

  • The named Key worker shall provide comprehensive reports detailing the time limited objectives outlined in the Young Person’s Pathway Plan and the progress that has been made within the report period.

  • This requires: A visit to the young person within 10 working days of the custody date; and, Completion of a Needs Assessment and Care plan or Pathway Plan within 20 working days of custody date outlining the advice, assistance and support required in custody and on release.


More Definitions of Pathway Plan

Pathway Plan the document which is prepared by the Council in accordance with either regulation 40 of the Care Planning Regulations (i.e. in respect of Eligible Children) or regulation 6 of the Care Leavers Regulations (i.e. in respect of Relevant Children), comprising the advice, assistance and support which the Council intends to provide to a Young Person both while the Young Person is placed in Accommodation and after he/she leaves. “Payment Period” Payment period in which payments are paid (please see IAAN Schedule 10)

  • Pay Plan means the scale of wages as contained in the attached Appendix “A” and the rules governing its application, as per Article 12.

  • Source Protection Plan means a drinking water source protection plan prepared under the Clean Water Act, 2006;
