Party Operator definition

Party Operator means CONSOL Operator and/or Noble Operator, as appropriate.
Party Operator means any Party or any of its Affiliates or, in the case where BG exercises its rights pursuant to Section 3.5(d) or Section 3.6(e), BG’s designee, serving in the role of operator under any Applicable Operating Agreement. In the case of BG’s designee, BG shall cause such designee to abide by the provisions of this Agreement applicable to a Party Operator in all respects.
Party Operator has the meaning given to it in the Joint Development Agreement.

Party Operator means the Company or any Joint Entity serving in the role of operator under any Applicable Operating Agreement, or as a Contract Operator or any Person mutually agreed to by the Development Parties pursuant to Section 3.4(d).

It is the document issued by THE CARRIER or its Authorized Agent as written proof of the transportation agreement. The term that will be used in this Agreement is ticket.

  • Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network Operating Committee:

  • Joint Operating Agreement means any agreement or contract among all of the Contractors with respect to their respective rights or obligations under this Contract, as such agreement or contract may be amended or supplemented from time to time;
