Parts Credit Allowance definition

Parts Credit Allowance means the credit granted by CFM to Airline in connection with the Failure of a Part based on the price of a replacement Part, Ex-Works, Evendale, or Ex-Works point of manufacture at the time the Part is removed. This credit may take the form of a replacement Part at CFM’s option.
Parts Credit Allowance means the credit granted by CFM to Customer, in connection with either a CFM-declared campaign change or the Failure of a Part under warranty, based on the price of a replacement Part at the time the Part is removed.   • Credit allowance date means with respect to any qualified equity investment:

  • Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4.
