Expendable Part definition

Expendable Part or “Expendable” means any Part for which no authorized Repair procedure exists, or whose cost of Repair would normally exceed that of replacement cost.
Expendable Part means a Spare Part or Appliance that, once used, cannot be reused and, if not serviceable, cannot be overhauled or repaired.
Expendable Part has the meaning given to such term in paragraph 2 of Schedule 2.01(a)(1).
