Partnership's Audited Financial Statements. As defined in Section 6.1(a).
Partnership's Audited Financial Statements means the audited balance sheets of the Partnership as of December 31 in each of the years 1995 through 1996, and the related statements of income and expense, retained earnings and cash flows for the years then ended, and the notes thereto.
