Partnership LTIP definition

Partnership LTIP means the NuStar GP, LLC Fifth Amended and Restated 2000 Long-Term Incentive Plan, amended and restated as of January 28, 2016, as amended.

Partnership LTIP means the Partnership’s 2011 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time.

Partnership LTIP means the 2013 Partnership GP Long-Term Incentive Plan and any and all award agreements granted thereunder.
