Vested LTIP Units definition
Vested LTIP Units has the meaning provided in Section 4.4(d) hereof.
Vested LTIP Units has the meaning set forth in Section 16.2.A hereof.
Vested LTIP Units means those Earned LTIP Units that have fully vested in accordance with the time-based vesting conditions of Section 3(d) or have vested on an accelerated basis under Section 4.

If an AO LTIP Unit holder is notified of the expected occurrence of an event that will cause their Unvested LTIP Units to become Vested LTIP Units, such holder may give the Partnership an AO LTIP Unit Conversion Notice conditioned upon and effective as of the time of vesting and such AO LTIP Unit Conversion Notice, unless subsequently revoked by such person, shall be accepted by the Partnership subject to such condition.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, only Vested LTIP Units that are free and clear of all liens shall be converted pursuant to an Auto Conversion.
More Definitions of Vested LTIP Units
Vested LTIP Units means Earned LTIP Units that have satisfied the time-based or accelerated vesting requirements of an Award Agreement.
Vested LTIP Units shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(e)(i) hereof.
