Parent Restricted Shares definition

Parent Restricted Shares means any share of Parent Common Stock subject to vesting or forfeiture granted under the Parent Stock Plan.
Parent Restricted Shares means unvested shares of Parent Common Stock subject to restricted stock award agreements previously granted by Parent or any Subsidiary of Parent under Parent’s 2014 Amended and Restated Incentive Plan, as amended, or any other equity compensation plan or agreement, and not expired, terminated or forfeited as of the Record Date.
Parent Restricted Shares means any Parent Ordinary Shares subject to vesting, repurchase, or other lapse of restrictions granted under any Parent Share Plan.

  • All New Parent Restricted Shares (and the related escrow account) that have not yet been vested (or paid, as applicable) as of the date of termination, shall be forfeited as of the date of termination.

  • The Executive acknowledges that the New Parent Restricted Shares will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and shall be subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture and restrictions on transferability.
