Parent RSUs definition
Parent RSUs means any restricted stock unit award granted pursuant to the Parent Plans or otherwise.

More Definitions of Parent RSUs
Parent RSUs means restricted stock units representing the right to vest in and be issued shares of Parent Common Stock by Parent that are subject to vesting restrictions based on continuing service or based on performance.
