Parent Provider definition

Parent Provider means the Parent or a Provider that is an Affiliate of the Parent after the Closing.
Parent Provider means a Provider that is owned, operated, leased, employed by or furnishing items or services on behalf of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.
Parent Provider means a parent employed by a provider agency as a direct support professional to deliver hourly attendant care to their own child.
