Parent Intercompany Loan definition

Parent Intercompany Loan means any intercompany loan or advance made by any Loan Party (other than the Parent) to the Parent, substantially in the form of Exhibit N, the proceeds of which shall be used to pay interest, principal and any other obligations owing in respect of the Credit Facilities.
Parent Intercompany Loan means the intercompany loan made by the Borrower to Parent on the Closing Date in an amount not to exceed $300,000,000; provided that on the Amendment Effective Date after giving effect to the Parent Intercompany Loan Prepayment, the aggregate principal amount of indebtedness outstanding under the Parent Intercompany Loan is no less than $150,000,000.
Parent Intercompany Loan means that certain unsecured, subordinated intercompany loan from the Parent to Orthofix Holdings in connection with the consummation of the Acquisition in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $35,561,835.
