Panel Rules definition

Panel Rules means the rules of procedure contained in Schedule 5, Appendix 1 or as the same may be modified or amended from time to time.
Panel Rules means the Purchasing Authority document "ITS 2573 Operational Telecommunications Equipment, Infrastructure and Services Panel Part B – Supplier Panel Rules and Conditions December 2012" which governs the operation of, and the Supplier's admission to, the ITS 2573 Panel, available on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ and as may be updated or amended from time to time.
Panel Rules means the rules set out in Appendix A to Schedule 10.

(i) Purchase Order means a completed version of the Purchase Order Form that includes or incorporates all details that are relevant to that Contract, executed by the Supplier and an Eligible Customer. Related to Panel Rules

  • Model Rules means the State of Oregon’s Attorney General’s model rules of procedure for Public Contracting, which are set forth in OAR Chapter 137, divisions 46, 47, 48, and 49, and required under ORS 279A.065.

  • School Rules means the body of rules of the School as may be amended from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. A copy of the then current version of the rules is provided to each child on entry and is sent to parents with the Acceptance Form. Parents will be notified of subsequent changes to the rules;

  • FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.
