PalmSource Web Browser definition

PalmSource Web Browser means the PalmSource Web Browser described in Section 1 of Exhibit A-1 (Additional PalmSource Deliverables) in object code form only, except as may be agreed by the parties in writing or as otherwise set forth in this Agreement. The PalmSource Web Browser is not part of the PS OS Software or PS Product Software, and is provided to Licensee as a separate, third party product. The PalmSource Web Browser shall include Updates and Upgrades to the PalmSource Web Browser provided hereunder by PalmSource.

  • PalmSource Web Browser means the NetFront 3.0 Palm OS Standard Edition only, in object code form only.

  • The credit set forth in Section 2 of Exhibit M shall be accessible from the user interface of the PalmSource Web Browser incorporated into or bundled with any Licensee Product.

  • Licensee understands that the PalmSource Web Browser is licensed to PalmSource by Access Systems America, Inc.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).
