Overtime Service definition

Overtime Service is defined in paragraph 8(c) of this Lease.
Overtime Service means heating, ventilation or air-conditioning service at any time other than Business Hours.
Overtime Service means ECI Services (excluding Help Desk Services) requested or required by Client and performed outside of the Normal Business Hours.

Examples of Overtime Service in a sentence

  • Overtime Service Requests are those Service Requests performed in whole or in part before or after Regular Time (“Overtime Service Requests”).

  • On all Overtime Service Requests, you will be responsible for all labor costs including travel time, travel expenses, and time spent on the job.

  • If Tenant shall require air conditioning, heating or ventilation outside of Business Hours ("Overtime Service"), Landlord shall furnish such Overtime Service upon reasonable advance notice from Tenant, and Tenant shall pay therefor such charges as may from time to time be in effect.

  • If Tenant shall require air conditioning, heating or ventilation outside the hours and days above specified ("Overtime Service"), Landlord shall furnish such Overtime Service and Tenant shall pay therefor such charges as may from time to time be in effect.

  • Compensation excluded from the wage base for purposes of calculating profit sharing and 401k Match are: Overtime Service Trip Premium S&A Benefits Worker’s Compensation Profit Sharing 200 All other compensation is included in the wage base for determination of profit sharing AND 401k Match.

  • Credits shall apply for the services covered by the relevant Monthly Service Package fees and/or covered by a Monthly Overtime Service Package and they shall not apply for any other services, including, without limitation, any other professional or specifically designed services offered by the Provider.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Tenant uses in excess of fifty-two (52) hours of Overtime Service per annum (the number of Overtime Service hours per annum in excess of fifty-two (52) being referred to as “Excess Hours”), the Standard Rate shall be reduced by $20.00 per hour per floor for each successive increment of fifty-two (52) Excess Hours, but never below $200 per hour per floor.

Related to Overtime Service

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Police Service means the South African Police Service established by section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.
