Overrun Quantities definition

Overrun Quantities means, for any Day, the quantity of Gas (in Mcf/d and Dth/d) Tendered by Shipper at the Receipt Point(s) in excess of Shipper’s Contract MDQ (in Mcf/d and Dth/d).
Overrun Quantities means, for any Day, the quantity of Gas Tendered by Shipper at the Receipt Point(s) in excess of Shipper’s Contract MDQ or Compression MDQ, as applicable.

Examples of Overrun Quantities in a sentence

  • Transporter may consider, but shall be under no obligation to accept, any request made by Shipper for Transportation Service in respect of Authorised Overrun Quantities.

  • Transportation services hereunder are provided on a Firm basis for the Demand Quantity, on an Interruptible basis for the Interruptible Quantity and on an Interruptible basis for any Authorized Overrun Quantities, and in the latter two instances interruption shall be as provided in the Operating Statement.

  • Gatherer shall provide Gathering Services for Overrun Quantities on an Interruptible basis.

  • Shipper’s nomination may include a request for Authorised Overrun Quantities, specifying the applicable Entry Point and Exit Point, the applicable Gas Day and the amount of Authorised Overrun Quantity.

Related to Overrun Quantities

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;
