Overbilling definition

Overbilling means presenting a bill to a customer of a regulated telecommunications company that includes charges that overstate the amount owed by the customer pursuant to the tariff for the service as approved by and on file with the commission.

Related to Overbilling

  • HHSC means the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. “Health and Human Services” or “HHS” includes HHSC and DSHS.

  • User means a person, department or other administrative unit of the City authorized by the Contract Administrator to order Work under this Contract;

  • Contractor means the Party selected to provide the goods or Services to the State under this Contract.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Engineer means the representative of the Architect/consultant.
