Outage Notification Form definition

Outage Notification Form means the completed document from Seller notifying Buyer of an outage of the Project substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G. Buyer reserves the right to reasonably revise or change the form upon Notice to Seller.

Outage Notification Form means the notice form attached hereto as Appendix VIII, which shall be submitted by Seller to Buyer in accordance with the relevant provisions of Section 3.7. PG&E reserves the right to revise or change the form upon written Notice to Seller.

Examples of Outage Notification Form in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the submission of the Planned Outage schedule described above, Seller shall also submit a completed Outage Notification Form to Buyer no later than fourteen (14) days prior to each Planned Outage and all appropriate outage information or requests to the CAISO in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • The works as described in Outage Notification Form shall proceed as outlined unless commented upon by the Client, and/or any Authorised Representative nominated by the Client, within 2 calendar days of the Outage Notification Form being issued.

  • Seller shall notify Buyer of its proposed Planned Outage schedule for the Project for the following calendar year by submitting a completed Outage Notification Form in accordance with the provisions set forth in Appendix IX no later than August 1st of each year during the Delivery Term.

  • Seller shall notify Buyer of a Prolonged Outage as soon as practicable under the circumstances by submitting a completed Outage Notification Form in accordance with the provisions set forth in Appendix IX, and provide an estimate of the duration of the outage therein.

  • Indicate on the original Outage Notification Form if testing will be conducted during an Outage.

  • Notwithstanding the submission of the Outage Notification Form described in the previous sentence, Seller shall also submit a completed Outage Notification Form in accordance with the provisions set forth in Appendix IX below no later than fourteen (14) days prior to each Planned Outage.

  • Seller shall, in accordance with the provisions set forth in Appendix IX, (i) use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Buyer of any Forced Outage within ten (10) minutes of the occurrence of such outage, (ii) provide a written estimate of its expected duration of the outage within one (1) hour thereafter, and (iii) submit a completed Outage Notification Form to Buyer in accordance with the instructions provided therein.

Related to Outage Notification Form

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • DDA Notification has the meaning provided therefor in Section 6.13(a)(i).
