Other Stock Agreements means, collectively, (i) that certain Stock Agreement, dated as of January 15, 1998, among Savanah Limited Partnership, as stock purchaser, and Starwood Lodging, (ii) that certain Stock Agreement, dated as of January 15, 1998, among New Remington Partners, as stock purchaser, and Starwood Lodging, and (iii) that certain Stock Agreement, dated as of January 15, 1998, among D.C. Overnight Partners, L.P., as stock purchaser, and Starwood Lodging.
