OTC QX definition

OTC QX means OTCQX International, a quotation platform operated by OTC Markets Group Inc.;
OTC QX means the over-the-counter market of that name operated by OTC Markets Group Inc.
OTC QX means the top tier of the three marketplaces for trading over-the-counter stocks provided and operated by the OTC Market Group, Inc.

  • The “Principal Market” for the Common Stock shall include the OTC Pink Market, the OTC QB, the OTC QX, NASDAQ Capital Market, NASDAQ Global Market, NASDAQ Global Select Market, NYSE Amex, or New York Stock Exchange (whichever of the foregoing is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock), or any securities exchange or other securities market on which the Common Stock is then being listed or traded.

  • The Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts in good faith to cause such Exchange Act Registration Statement to go effective or be declared effective by the Commission as soon as practicable after the initial filing thereof, but in no event later than December 31, 2017, and to cause Registrable Shares to be eligible for trading over the counter on the OTC OB or OTC QX by December 31, 2017.

  • On after the date on which the Company’s Common Stock is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the Common Stock receives a ticker symbol for quotation or trading on a trading market, including without limitation the OTC QX, the OTC QB or OTC Bulletin Board (“Milestone #1”), GBS may assign, transfer and convey up to 50% of the Founder Shares without restriction (other than compliance with applicable securities laws).

  • The Company will maintain the quotation or listing of its Common Stock on the NYSE, or NASDAQ Stock Market or the OTC QX Market (whichever of the foregoing is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock (the “Principal Market”), and will comply in all respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Principal Market, as applicable.
