OTC Documents definition

OTC Documents means all forms, reports, schedules, statements, and other documents required to be filed by the Company under the Alternative Reporting Standard of the OTC Pink Open Market.
OTC Documents means all of the periodic and other reports and filings made by SIPUP and available on the OTC Markets database.
OTC Documents means all of the periodic and other reports and filings made by IDAD and available on the OTC Markets database.

More Definitions of OTC Documents

OTC Documents has the meaning specified in Section 4.10(a) of this Agreement.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.
