The addresses for such communications shall be with respect to the Holder of this Warrant or of Warrant Stock issued pursuant hereto, addressed to such Holder at its last known address or facsimile number appearing on the books of the Issuer maintained for such purposes, or with respect to the Issuer, addressed to: Ortec International, Inc.
