Original Security means any Security, other than an Exchange Security, that is entitled to the benefits of a Registration Rights Agreement.

• This Agreement supersedes and replaces the Original Security Agreement.

Original Security or “Original Securities” means a Security or the Securities designated as the “5.50% Senior Subordinated Convertible Notes due June 15, 2022” that were originally issued under the Indenture.
