Ordered Work definition

Ordered Work means the work that will be ordered and specified in the respective offer made by Supplier as further detailed in article IX.
Ordered Work means those Maintenance Activities which are set out at Annexure M1/B as ordered in accordance with Clause 10 of the General Conditions.
Ordered Work means those works set out at annexure D of RTA M2, as ordered in accordance with clause 7.

Examples of Ordered Work in a sentence

  • If the subject of the Ordered Work is provision of professional consultations in relation to the System, the acceptance procedure will include only signing of the Handover Protocol.

  • Partial Notice of Final Acceptance may also be issued to exclude the Work described in Change Orders executed during late stages of the Project where a later completion date for the Change Ordered Work is expressly provided for in the Contract as amended by the Change Order, provided the Work can be adequately described to allow partial advertisement of any Notice of Partial Final Settlement to be issued without confusion as to the Work included for which final payment will be made.

  • During the Contract Term the Contractor will ensure that all hardware and software delivered as a part of the Ordered Work operated without any Errors.

  • The Support Fee and the Price for the Ordered Work include all direct and indirect costs of the Contractor which must be necessarily or efficiently expended in the course of performance of the Services, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties ad hoc.

  • During the Contract Term the Contractor will ensure Normal Operation of the System and of the Ordered Work hereunder by removing Errors in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this Contract.

  • The Price for the Ordered Work will always be paid on the basis of an Invoice which may be issued by the Contractor no sooner than on the day following the acceptance pursuant to art.

  • If the Ordered Work includes the Installation and/or the Implementation and/or the Integration, the Contractor will complete it on or before the day preceding the start of the Pilot Operation.

  • The Contractor hereby warrants that the relevant Ordered Work or other supplies of the Contractor pursuant to this Contract, or the use of the Ordered Work by the Customer will not infringe and will not result in any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights.

  • For the avoidance of any doubts the Parties have agreed that the Ordered Work will always include an amendment to the Documents containing the update of a change related to the Ordered Work.

Related to Ordered Work

  • covered work means either the unmodified Program or a work based on the Program.

  • The Work means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • job work means any treatment or process undertaken by a person on goods belonging to another registered person and the expression “job worker” shall be construed accordingly;
