Optioned Biologic definition

Optioned Biologic means: (a) the lead Research Biologic at the time of the applicable Option Exercise Date that is Directed to a Designated Target(s) Developed under a Research Program for such Designated Target(s), (b) [***], (c) if [***] and (d) any derivatives or fragments of any Biologic that is an Antibody described in subsections (a), (b), and (c) (if any), so long as [***].
