Examples of Optional Overadvances in a sentence

  • Such amounts made available to Agent under clause (z) of the immediately preceding sentence shall be applied against the amounts of the applicable Agent Advances and Optional Overadvances and shall constitute Advances of such Lenders.

  • All Advances (other than Advances made pursuant to Section 2.3(b)(i)(B), Optional Overadvances and Agent Advances) shall be made by the Lenders contemporaneously and in accordance with their Pro Rata Shares.

  • Such notice of a Settlement Date shall include a summary statement of the amount of outstanding Advances, Optional Overadvances, and Agent Advances for the period since the prior Settlement Date.

  • Agent shall record on its books the principal amount of the Advances owing to each Lender, including Agent Advances and Optional Overadvances owing to Agent, and the interests therein of each Lender, from time to time.
