Option Granter definition

Option Granter means the party under an Option Contract that is not the Option Holder; "Option Holder" means the party under an Option Contract having the right to exercise the option; "Option Reference Price" means the reference price for the exercise of an option under an Option Contract which is to be settled by Cash payment, as determined in accordance with the Product Specifications; "Organised Market" means:

  • Option Grant Date means, as to any Stock Option, the latest of:

  • Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

  • Stock Option means a contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6 hereof to purchase shares of Common Stock at such time and price, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement.

  • Notice of Stock Option Grant means the document so entitled to which this Agreement is attached.

  • Incentive Option means an Option that is intended to comply with the requirements set forth in Section 422 of the Code.
