OpEx Budget definition

OpEx Budget means any budget in respect of the Operations (excluding the CAPEX Plan) which shall represent the customary operational expenditures applicable to an efficient mining operation in Armenia;
OpEx Budget means the amount of expenditures planned as of the Effective Date to be made by the Acquired Companies, as set forth on Schedule 1.1(c)(ii) for the periods set forth therein.
