OPEX Budget definition

OPEX Budget means any budget in respect of the Operations (excluding the CAPEX Plan) which shall represent the customary operational expenditures applicable to an efficient mining operation in Armenia;
OPEX Budget means the amount of expenditures planned as of the date hereof to be made by the Company during the first calendar quarter of 2018, as set forth on Schedule 1.1(d).
OPEX Budget means the amount of expenditures planned as of the date hereof to be made by the Company, as set forth on Schedule 1.1(c)(ii) for the periods set forth therein.
